Humans are biophilic beings, we need to be in contact with biodiversity. This project began with a series of attentive walks through the Botanical Garden of Valencia, an intimate space that is the synthesis of many landscapes, then embodied in a multisensory gastronomic language that connects with the aesthetics of nature through treats that evoke the sensations in the garden.

After the «Filomena» storm, the Utiel – Cuenca – Madrid railway service was cancelled, leaving dozens of villages without this public transport. Eleven months later, the definitive closure of this line which, since 1947, has contributed to the social and economic development of the area, was announced.
