Los humanos somos seres biofílicos, necesitamos del roce con la biodiversidad. Este proyecto comenzó con una serie de paseos atentos por el Jardín Botánico de València, un espacio íntimo que es la síntesis de muchos paisajes, plasmados luego en un lenguaje gastronómico multisensorial que se conecta con la estética de la naturaleza a través de golosinas que evocan las sensaciones en el jardín.

Humans are biophilic beings, we need to be in contact with biodiversity. This project began with a series of attentive walks through the Botanical Garden of Valencia, an intimate space that is the synthesis of many landscapes, then embodied in a multisensory gastronomic language that connects with the aesthetics of nature through treats that evoke the sensations in the garden.
